Delete your RightPlace data
You can ask us to delete your RightPlace account and the information tied to it at any time. Last updated October 7, 2026. Draft pending review by our lawyer.
How to ask
- Email [email protected] from the email on your account with the subject “Delete my RightPlace data”. If you signed in with Google, Facebook or X, use the email that account shares with us, or tell us which one you used.
- We confirm it’s you, then delete your account within 30 days and email you when it’s done.
What gets deleted
- Your account, profile, tastes, points, check-ins, order history, favorite meals, invite details and feedback.
- Your reviews and photos are removed from RightPlace.
- Statistics that combine many people and can’t identify you may be kept.
- Records a restaurant keeps of its own orders (for example a ticket for your table) may stay with the restaurant without your name.
Signed in with Google, Facebook or X?
- Deleting your RightPlace data doesn’t delete your Google, Facebook or X account. You can also remove RightPlace from the apps connected to that account in its settings.
