What the host stand does

Guests who say they are on the way

Guests who find you on RightPlace can tap On the way. They show up on your list with their arrival time and party size, so the door knows before they walk in. Where you turn it on, they can send their food order too, and the kitchen decides when to start it. They pay at the table like always.

If a guest ordered ahead, Seat reminds the host to ring the order in on your register.

Runs on what you have

Any tablet or phone with a web browser. Sign in with your room's 6-digit code. Change the code and every screen signed in with the old one stops working.

Questions owners ask

Is there a limit on texts?

RightPlace doesn't send the texts. The host's phone does, through its own texting app, so there is no RightPlace text limit or per-text fee.

Can I take reservations?

Yes. Add a reservation with the time, party size, allergies and occasion, and choose whether to hold a table. They show at the door 20 minutes before they are due.

Do guests need an account to get on the list?

No. Walk-ins and phone calls go on the list with just a name. A phone number is only needed if you want to text them.
