The night, step by step

  1. The host posts the wait: One tap at the stand. It shows on your RightPlace page and your Door TV with the time it was updated.
  2. Guests find you: People near Akron pick the night they want and see your wait and deals. They tap On the way, and where you allow it, send their food order.
  3. The door knows: On-the-way guests, walk-ins, phone calls and reservations are on one list. Tap Here, then Seat.
  4. The kitchen cooks: Tickets from servers' phones, the stand and guests on the way land on the kitchen screen, allergies in red.
  5. Your register takes payment: The order gets rung in on your register like always, and RightPlace tracks that it was. RightPlace never takes payment.
  6. The manager sees the night: The Night Report counts arrivals, seatings, kitchen times, no-shows and which deals brought people in.

Getting set up

  1. Claim my business: Founding rooms get the preview of every staff screen now, and help shape RightPlace before launch.
  2. We set up your room: Your page, hours, photos and labels. Bring your menu as a Toast, Square or Clover export and it imports in one step.
  3. Your team signs in: The stand, kitchen and servers use your 6-digit room code on the screens you already have. Managers add a PIN.
