Do guests pay when they order ahead?

No. They pay at the table on your register, like always.

Does the order go on my register?

Not yet by itself. RightPlace sends the kitchen ticket and tracks that someone rang it in, with the check number. Sending orders straight to Clover, Toast and Lightspeed is planned once their partner programs approve it.
