For restaurants and bars
Fill your slow nights.
And see exactly what RightPlace brought you: every number comes from a tap in your own room, and money is shown as an estimate with the math. A waitlist and host stand, a kitchen screen, server phone orders, a door TV and deals you post in ten seconds, on the phones and tablets you already have.

What it does for your room
- Fill your slow nights: Post a deal from the host stand in ten seconds. Guests looking for tonight see it, and your Night Report shows who came in for it.
- Stop losing the guests who walk out: Guests see the wait your host posted before they leave the house, and tell you they’re on the way. Your host taps who left before being seated, so you know how many walked out and how long they waited.
- Run the door with the crew you have: One host, one list, big buttons. Servers send orders from their own phones, and the kitchen sees allergies in red.
- Bring your regulars back: Guests earn points only when they sit down, and you get a list of regulars who haven’t been back in 30 days.
- See exactly what it brought you: A line like “41 guests came through RightPlace this week; 33 sat down.” Your own covers, your own deals, your own average check, never a promised lift.
Everything your team runs the night on
- Waitlist and host stand: Walk-ins, phone calls and reservations on one list. Post the wait in one tap, seat tables, and text guests when the table is ready.
- Kitchen screen: Tickets with allergies in red, received and done buttons, sold-out items, and notes from the door. Any tablet works.
- Server phone orders: Servers pick a table, add items and send them to the kitchen from their own phones. No handhelds to buy.
- Door TV: The wait, tonight's deals, your menu and photos on any TV by the door. Nobody has to touch it.
- Deals and specials: Post a happy hour or a slow-night special from the host stand. Guests see it on RightPlace, and you can copy it for Facebook or Instagram.
- Night Report: Guests who came through RightPlace, door-to-table minutes, kitchen times, no-shows and which deals worked.
Built for independent rooms
- No hardware to buy. It runs in the browser on phones, tablets, laptops and smart TVs.
- Works with any register. RightPlace sends kitchen tickets and tracks that each one is rung in; your register still takes payment.
- Guests never need an app. Walk-ins and call-ins go on the list with no account.
- Your host posts the wait. We never guess it, and guests see when it was updated.
- Listing your place is free.
Where to go next
- Claim my business: Founding rooms get the preview of every staff screen now, and help shape RightPlace before launch.
- How a night works: From the guest who says they are on the way to the ticket on your register.
- What doing nothing costs: What rooms pay other companies for the same jobs, from their own price pages.
Questions owners ask
What is RightPlace?
A website for independent restaurants and bars and the people looking for them. Your team gets a waitlist and host stand, a kitchen screen, server phone orders, a TV page for the door, deals you post from the stand, and a report of the night. Guests find you by the kind of night they want, see the wait you posted, and tell you they are on the way.
Do I need to buy hardware?
No. RightPlace runs in the web browser on the phones, tablets, laptops and smart TVs you already have. There is no box to buy and nothing to download from an app store.
Do guests need to download an app?
No. Walk-ins and phone calls go on the list with no account at all. Guests who find you on RightPlace use it in their browser, and signing in is optional.
Does RightPlace take payment?
No, never. Guests pay at the table like always, on your own register. RightPlace doesn't store anything about payment.
Does it work with my register (POS)?
Yes, alongside any register. RightPlace sends kitchen tickets; someone rings the order in on your register, and RightPlace tracks which tickets are rung in, with the check number, so nothing is missed. You can import your menu from a Toast, Square or Clover export so the names match your register's buttons. Sending orders straight onto the register is planned for Clover, Toast and Lightspeed, once their partner programs approve it.
How do guests get a text when their table is ready?
Tap "Text: table ready" at the host stand. It opens your phone's own texting app with the message filled in, so you don't pay per text. On a tablet without texting, call the number instead; it's right there.
