Success guide
A few taps a shift. Here is where they go.
RightPlace only knows what your team taps. Each habit below takes seconds, and each one turns into guests you can see and numbers you can trust.

Every shift
- Read the pre-shift note, tap Seen: The manager writes tonight's special, who's short and what to push. Why: the host stand opens once someone has read it, so nobody misses it.
- Post the wait when it changes: One tap: No wait, Short or Long. Why: guests decide before they leave the house. A wait you posted is a reason to pick you, and an old one gets flagged so you can confirm it.
- Tap Here and Seat: When a party walks in, tap Here; when they sit, tap Seat. Why: that is how RightPlace knows who it brought you, how long the door took, and when you are busy.
- Someone walked out? Tap "Left before seated": Why: it counts how many guests the door lost and how long they waited. Most rooms have never seen that number.
- Ring in every ticket: RightPlace sends tickets to the kitchen; your register still closes the check. Tap "Rung in" with the check number. Why: nothing gets missed, and your bookkeeper gets a clean list.
On a slow night
- Post a deal from the stand: Ten seconds: what it is, a price if you want, how long. Why: guests looking for tonight see it right away, and your Night Report shows who came in for it.
- Copy it for social: The post comes with a link to your page that opens that deal. Why: visits from it are counted, so you can see what your posts bring in.
Once a week
- Read your answers: Manager → Numbers answers seven questions: did RightPlace bring me guests, did my deal work, how many did we lose at the door, when are we slow, are regulars coming back, how did the night run, and what is it worth. Why: each answer comes from taps in your own room, and money is shown as an estimate with the math.
- Reply to reviews: Why: your reply shows under the guest's review, where the next guest reads it.
- Honor points and perks: Guests earn points only when you seat them. When one shows a perk, mark it used. Why: rewards give regulars a reason to keep choosing you.
After two weeks
- Print "Your first two weeks": Manager → Numbers shows your first 14 nights on one page. Why: it is the honest answer to "is this working?", from your own taps.
