How to try it

Tap the button above that fits you.
Type your first name, email and birthday. It takes about 30 seconds.
Open the email we send you and tap its button. A practice version opens with a short guided tour. Nothing in it is real, so you can’t break anything.

Less waiting. More eating. Better prices.

The meal you want, when you want it, for less than you’d pay without RightPlace.

Call your server for anything: A refill, the check, a to-go box, napkins or anything else. Tap it on your device and it goes straight to your server.
Food ready minutes after you sit: Order on your way. The kitchen times it for when you arrive.
Skip the line at the door: Get on the list from home and walk in when your table is ready. Your points can move you up the line too.
Points toward perks you love: Every visit earns points toward perks each place picks: money off, free appetizers, moving up the line and more.
Specials the moment they post: When a place you like posts a special, you get a live alert, and it stays in your feed until it ends.
No download needed: Works on any device or computer, right in your web browser. Our app is on the way too. Guests never pay RightPlace.

Fill more seats. Turn tables faster.

Restaurants, bars, pubs, golf and game venues, or the hole-in-the-wall around the corner. RightPlace runs your host stand, kitchen tickets and specials on the devices you already have. It works with any register. Listing your place is free, and our paid plan, Host Plus, pays for itself before you pay for it.

Push a special right now: Dead Tuesday? Post a special in seconds. People nearby who have visited, liked or looked at your place get a live alert, and it shows on RightPlace until it ends.
Faster table turns: Nobody waits on a menu, the kitchen or a server walking over. Orders and requests arrive before the guest does. More tables in the same hours means more income.
Know who’s coming before they arrive: How many people, when they’ll get there, what they ordered ahead, and whether it’s a birthday or anniversary.
Thank your regulars: Low-cost rewards you choose, like 10% off a meal or a free appetizer, show your regulars you appreciate them and keep them coming back.
Reports you can build: Several customizable reports give you the numbers you need with ease: who came, how fast they were seated, which specials filled seats and more.
No new equipment required: Host stand, kitchen screen, server devices, a TV by the entrance and more, on the devices, computers and TVs you already own. New equipment is optional.

A faster team means more tables, more income and more regulars.

Hosts: One list at the host stand for walk-ins, calls and guests on the way. A calmer entrance, and fewer people who give up and leave.
Servers: Guests send what they need to the server’s device, so fewer wasted trips and more tables covered without rushing.
Cooks: Clear tickets with allergies in red, and orders that arrive before the guest does, so the kitchen paces itself with fewer mistakes.
Staff shout-outs: Guests at your place, or who just left, can call out an employee, good or bad, anonymously and in seconds. You see each person’s strengths and where to coach.

Same hours. More tables. More income.

Without RightPlace: Wait for a table, Wait for a menu, Wait for the server, Wait for the kitchen, Wave for the check. With RightPlace: Walk in as the table is ready, Order placed on the way, Kitchen already cooking, Requests go to the server’s device, Check with one tap. Every wait you remove frees the table sooner for the next party.

Your guests already do all of this somewhere else.

Every part of RightPlace is something businesses already do every day. We put it on one device.

Skipping the line: Hair salons like Great Clips have let customers check in online for years. Getting on your list from home works the same way.
Cooking before they arrive: Carry-out and curbside orders are cooked before the guest shows up. Ordering on the way is the same, for guests who sit down.
Paying when they get there: Plenty of carry-out orders are paid at pickup. Guests who order ahead still pay at your register, like always.
Rewarding regulars: Punch cards and loyalty clubs have been around forever. RightPlace keeps the card on their device, and you pick the reward.

How RightPlace works

Places post: The host taps the wait and posts tonight’s specials from the host stand, in seconds.
Guests check: Guests nearby see the wait and the deals before they leave the house.
Everyone wins the night: Guests skip the long wait, and places fill the tables they have, busy night or slow.

Questions

What is RightPlace?

An app for people who eat and drink out, and the places they love: restaurants, bars, pubs, and anywhere else that serves food or drinks. Guests skip the wait, order ahead, and earn rewards. Owners run the host stand, the kitchen and specials from the devices and TVs they already have.

Is it free for guests?

Yes. Guests never pay to use RightPlace. Our mobile app is on the way, and everything also works in your device’s browser.

How do I try it?

Tap “Find my spot to eat & drink” (or “Grow my business” if you own a place). Type your first name, email and birthday, then open the email we send you and tap its button. A practice version opens with a pretend restaurant and a short guided tour. Nothing there is real, so you can tap anything.

Do I earn points for trying it?

Yes. Early accounts earn points you can use at spots on RightPlace: 1,000 when a restaurant you referred joins, 250 when a friend you invited makes their first visit, 100 for each visit through RightPlace, and points for wait reports, reviews and specials.

I own a place that serves food or drinks. How do I get started?

Tap “Grow my business” to try the owner demo, then get in touch from our Contact page. We set up your page, import your menu from your register’s export, and get your team signed in. Host Plus, our paid plan, costs you nothing until it pays for itself.

Does it work with my register?

Yes. RightPlace runs in a web browser beside your register, so it works whether you use Toast, Square, Clover or something else. It doesn’t connect to your register: guests pay there like always.
