What is RightPlace?

An app for people who eat and drink out, and the places they love: restaurants, bars, pubs, and anywhere else that serves food or drinks. Guests skip the wait, order ahead, and earn rewards. Owners run the host stand, the kitchen and specials from the devices and TVs they already have.

Is it free for guests?

Yes. Guests never pay to use RightPlace. Our mobile app is on the way, and everything also works in your device’s browser.

How do I try it?

Tap “Find my spot to eat & drink” (or “Grow my business” if you own a place). Type your first name, email and birthday, then open the email we send you and tap its button. A practice version opens with a pretend restaurant and a short guided tour. Nothing there is real, so you can tap anything.

Do I earn points for trying it?

Yes. Early accounts earn points you can use at spots on RightPlace: 1,000 when a restaurant you referred joins, 250 when a friend you invited makes their first visit, 100 for each visit through RightPlace, and points for wait reports, reviews and specials.

I own a place that serves food or drinks. How do I get started?

Tap “Grow my business” to try the owner demo, then get in touch from our Contact page. We set up your page, import your menu from your register’s export, and get your team signed in. Host Plus, our paid plan, costs you nothing until it pays for itself.

Does it work with my register?

Yes. RightPlace runs in a web browser beside your register, so it works whether you use Toast, Square, Clover or something else. It doesn’t connect to your register: guests pay there like always.
